I read bodies for a living.
I notice the jaw that tightens before you realise you are bracing. The shoulder that lifts. The breath that stops. The movement that becomes effortful. The moment the body moves from connection into protection.
My work brings together Human Garage fascial manoeuvres, Polyvagal-informed nervous-system education, vagus-nerve support, and somatic tools.
I created Put Down Your Day because the body does not need more information sitting in a saved folder. It needs an experience it can participate in - and enough continuity for that experience to begin becoming familiar.
For seven days, you do not have to work out what comes next.
I will guide you.
Each guided class is approximately 45 minutes. Set aside enough time to complete the practice without needing to rush straight into your next task.
The reset is designed as seven consecutive days because continuity is part of the experience. If life interrupts the rhythm, return to the next class rather than deciding you have failed or need to begin again.
You receive instant online access after purchase. There is no live start date, so you can begin when you are ready.
No. Un-Brace Yourself is a helpful introduction, but you can begin Put Down Your Day without completing the free class.
No. I demonstrate the practices and guide you through each class. You choose a range and pace that feel appropriate for your body, and you can pause or rest whenever needed.
No. Each day is a complete 45-minute guided class. This is dedicated practice time, not a five-minute routine or a collection of isolated exercises.
You need comfortable clothing, water, enough room to stand and move safely, and a device that lets you see and hear the class.
Lifetime access. As long as this website is here, you will have access to this course.
Fascial manoeuvres, Polyvagal-informed education, vagus-nerve practices, and somatic tools are educational and experiential and are designed to sit alongside appropriate medical care, not replace it. Please continue to work with qualified healthcare professionals for pain, injury, persistent symptoms, or other medical concerns, and ask them whether movement-based practices are appropriate for you.
I acknowledge the Gurumgul people, the First Nations custodians of the land on which I live and work. I honour their deep connection to this Country, which has held and sustained life for countless generations.
I recognise that the Gurumgul people never ceded their sovereignty, and that this land was taken from them. I acknowledge the truth of this history with respect, humility, and a commitment to remembrance.
Although the Gurumgul people, their language, stories, and traditions are no longer present in living memory, I recognise their enduring presence in the land itself. The rivers, soil, trees, and skies continue to carry the imprint of their care, wisdom, and belonging. I hear it in the birds and feel it in the earth beneath my feet and the wind as it blows.
I live on this land with respect and reverence. I honour its history, walk gently upon it, and remain committed to caring for Country in a spirit of gratitude, humility, and stewardship.
