You already know what it feels like when life gets too full. Your shoulders rise. Your jaw tightens. Your thoughts speed up. Rest stops feeling restful.
I teach simple and effective fascial manoeuvres and nervous-system practices that give you a practical way to meet those moments in your own body. You do not need to become more disciplined or add another complicated protocol.
You need a place to begin.
Join me for a free, live 30-minute introduction to Human Garage fascial manoeuvres and polyvagal nervous-system practice - a simple, guided way to release tension and leave with a reset you can use in your own life.
You have read the books and listened to the podcasts. You have bought the supplements. You have followed the food plans, booked the appointments and tried to work out what your body needs next. Your friends even see you as a self-made health expert.
Still, when pressure builds, you feel it in your neck, shoulders, jaw, gut, breath or sleep. You are not looking for another person to tell you that you are broken. You are looking for a way to understand what your body is telling you and respond to it with more confidence.
That is the work we do here.

Your body has been carrying a lot. It deserves more than being pushed through it.
Fascia is the continuous adaptable network that runs throughout your body. It responds to movement, breath, load and the way you move through your day.
Your nervous system is constantly taking in information about what is happening around and within you based on your adaptive strategies learned from childhood and life up until now.
I bring these two conversations together. You learn to release the stored tension and build a new pathway, for your body to become more relaxed, pain-free and present.

You do not need to force your body to change. You need to learn how to move with intention and breath that work with your fascia. These simple manoeuvres help you explore and release the tension your body has been carrying.
Your body is always taking in information. Learn practical ways to slow the stress response, find your pace and meet a full life with more steadiness.
You cannot remove every demand from your life. You can build your capacity to remain present through it. This practice supports the pause, breath and connection that help you respond rather than react.
This work belongs in your real life: before a big conversation, after a long day, when your shoulders tighten, or when you need to come back to yourself. You leave with tools you can actually use.
This is your first experience of Fascia is Freedom. In one guided 30-minute class, I will introduce you to fascial manoeuvres and nervous-system practice in a way that feels clear, practical and doable. We begin with the place of high tension for most people, neck, shoulders and jaw.
You will not be asked to perform, push through discomfort or get it right. You will learn how to pay attention, move with intention and find your own pace.

My private sessions are held at my property in a quiet natural setting. For 90 minutes, you have focused space to slow down, practise and receive direct guidance that meets you where you are.
The horses live on this property too. You are entering their home, a place with its own natural coherence and presence. They can be part of the landscape around your session should they choose to interact. They are masters at coregulation and amplifying the energies around them.
This offering is designed for people who want a more personal, spacious way to begin or deepen their practice.
I bring accessible fascial manoeuvres and nervous-system education into Brisbane workplaces through practical, repeatable weekly classes. Your team learns simple ways to pause, move, breathe and create healthier recovery habits during the workday.
This is not a one-off inspiration session. It is a consistent investment in practical skills that your people can use at their desk, after a difficult meeting and at the end of a demanding day.
